Abstract Submission

Before submission, you have to register to NEM 2023. Then you can send your abstracts to

All authors are invited to submit their original research results about your studies and researches under two headings as poster and oral presentation. Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated by the conference referee committee.

The deadline for abstract submission as a part of conference registration is August 31st, 2023 September 4, 2023. The NEM2023 abstract submission template provided on the website should be used for submitting the abstract. When naming the template file, please note that dots should not be used in the file name

Each applicant can submit at most 2 oral presentations or 2 poster presentations or 1 oral presentation and 1 poster ​presentation. Authors should be aware of that abstracts will not be included in the final program unless registration documents and payment in full have been received for at least one of the authors.

The length of presentation will be restricted 10+5 minutes for an oral presentation, 20+5 minutes for an invited oral presentation.

Conference Language: The official languages ​​of the conference are Turkish and English.

Abstract submissions should be prepared maximum 1 page or below.

Poster Size: To keep good legibility of the poster 60x90 cm size is recommended.

Full Text Submission

Tam Metin Başvuruları In the case of request full texts of the presentations will be included in the Proceedings Book of NEM2023. Papers should be prepared using full text submission template, should not exceed 10 pages and should be submitted electronically to nem@klu.edu.tr/ until extended deadline for full text submission.
